Internet stopped working

Hey everyone. Im havinh a small problem with my 8800. All of a sudden my internet stopped working on my device. Very weird since it was working fine. The only thing I can think of that may have bothered it is I installed Opera mini but it kept crashing so I deleted it. Anyone know what may have happened.

you need to go to your Blackberry Internet Service web client using your computer browser. you can find sites for the various carriers by going to
Links to Carrier BIS Login Pages.
log in and you will see an option to send service books.
if you have other questions, please ask.

if resending service books doesnt work, you may have to adjust the settings for your browser. I'm not sure how to do that but someone else will definitely be able to help.

were you able to log in?
if not you may need to set up the web account. to do this you need your pin and your imei I think. once you create your account you can set up filters, etc with your emails. and you can send your service books. keep me posted.

Hey, thanks for the help> I still cant get on the internet or receive emails. I have always been registered on the web account, I re did the registration on the web but still no luck.

I bet something changed your internet settings when you were working with opera. unfortunately I don't know what to look for -- anyone else out there want to chime in?

Did you check your APN settings? Options, advances options, tcp.

Hey, I pulled the battery for a little and put it back in the internet worked. Not sure why this. Thanks for the help everyone.
