internet games do not fit screen?

i try to play a game on a site like miniclips or armor games or xgen studios or kongregate, and so on. The top edge and left edge of the game apper ok, but the bottom and right edges appear to be cut off. by the boarder around the game.
I have internet explorer 8 and running on windows xp. How can i fix this problem
