internet for cricket

well i have tirelessly searched these forums for an answer to my question.... hopefully someone will please have an answer for me...
i live in buffalo, ny which is obviously a city in close proximity to canada. therfore i was able to get my hanRAB on a htc touch p3050 from telus. however living in the US i was able to get the phone flashed to work for cricket... the only thing is i still have no internet access on the phone.. i have tryed everything.. including the wap.mycricket.com, [email protected] pass:cricket
port 8080
and nothing
is there a problem that may exist in the registry... what am i doing wrong....!!!
please help... everything works except picture mail and the internet!
PLEASE I BEG OF U!!! LOL

i am not sure if to0's vouge rom will work on this unit but if you search the cricket pda forum here theres a cab file that sets up wap & mms again i am not 100% sure that will work either since its not the 6900.

The P3050 is the same as the Touch, 6900, Vogue, etc, and my ROM will work on it.

That aside, I bet your M.IP isn't set to Simple IP only.
 
Yeah i figured it was but i didnt want to say so until i knew for sure lol. Thats good to know for future knowlage. And yeah, i didnt think of the MIP setting but that does seem to be a common problem from what i've noticed in my short time here :)

i probably should mention that for whatever reason my phone has alltel settings... but used to be a telus and now is activated under cricket.... when i try to log on
it dials #777 but when i put in [email protected] and password cricket i get wrong username or password error..... omg i really need help
