Internet flash video not playing?

pop up videos like yahoo and some other sites that the video links to a pop up window do not work (youtube, hulu and sites that have the video embedded in the sites work). i did a bunch of stuff like allowing popups updated my flash and java, still nothing.

What else can i do please help!
