Okay when I use Internet explorer and Google Chrome it just says "Cannot display the webpage" like I don't have an internet connection, but my connection is strong and Firefox works great. This normally wouldn't bother me much since I mainly use Firefox anyway, but ever since this started I cannot connect to any game servers. Diablo 2, LoTRO, and Rappelz, they all just say "Cannot connect to server" Are the problems related? How can I fix it?

P.S. IE is totally up to date, my anti virus software says there's nothing wrong, and I have Windows Vista.
