It's slowing my internet down and i go to my internet options and delete everything and my browsing history is still loaded with everything...why won't it delete
You can delete in Start>Settings>Control Panel>Internet Options. IE8 is only compatible with XP SP3 & Vista. You can always uninstall & roll-back to IE7.
