I have a USB wireless receiver attached to my desktop computer. Whenever I insert a CD or plug in my thumb drives into the other USB ports, the internet disconnects then reconnects shortly thereafter. Anything I can do to fix this problem?
Start>Control Panel>Device Manager>Universal Serial Bus Controller>Right Click>Properties>Update Software
or
Restart the USB ports
Start>Control Panel>Device Manager>Universal Serial Bus Controller>Right Click>Properties>Disable
**Warning you may lose mouse functionality(use keyboard arrows and right click button next to the right Ctrl) to re-enable
If else go to Laptop Manufacturer website and download driver page and install the relevant driver
