Internet browser question

I just had a panic attack I have a pearl 8100 and I am pretty new to say the leaset. I was looking through the General properties and under Default Browser I changed it from t-zones to Internet browser.

I have purchased the 9.99 plan from tmobile. My question is this did I just make a big mistake and get on the internet outside of the plan I paid for????

Probably, but I don't know what impact on your date charges will be. I didn't think that you could get the Internet Browser Service book with that plan. I would switch it back until I knew more if it was me.

Thanks I just called them and they said it did not. But I dont trust them. Initally when I set the phone up TMO said that it was going to cost me 9.99 to use the internet. Now I find out that is 19.99 and email is 9.99. The did the old bait and switch move on me. Oh well I am a junkie now so it worked. There is just no way that I would turn off my internet.

If you are not paying for a data plan with T-Mobile, you won't be able to access the internet and will not be charged for it. The internet browser thing that you switched is only a series of settings that will take affect over your WAP settings - so pages looks different and possibly use more data since you aren't browsing basic WAP pages. Simply, its harmless and since you're on the $20 plan, you will be fine changing it.

Correct. The 9 dollar email is email only. Imo the extra 10 is well worth it for all the 3rd party apps etc. Welcome to the addiction!
