I started getting this back today and I dont understand. This shakiness in my head. It feels like the back of my head/brain is internally vibrating or shaking or jumping. It is kind of freaking me out because I wasnt getting this for a while. It happened abruptly when I turned my head to the side its like my head jumped and did this shaky thing and then sometimes it would turn into a panic attack. I notice I get it sometimes in front of the computer but thats not always. I also dont know if my sinuses could be involved. My ears have been ringing as well at times. Irritating! Anyone get this?

Hello there,
I used to get the sensation in which i felt like something was crawling all over my scalp, even went to the drs. Also i would feel as if my brain was actually shaking in my head, very strange.

The best thing to do in my experience is to totally ignore it.I know its hard when you're feeling it but it will go away. You had it before and it subsided, believe in yourself.

Good luck and best wishes.

Eeh gaRAB I have had the crawling skin thing on my scalp too. It comes and goes. I don't know if I have felt my brain do that. But I have felt the skin on my scalp move around. It is creepy and I have read that anxiety and depression can give symptoms with that. I suffer from both on and off. It's ok. Try not to stress.

My head is about the only place that doesn't feel like it's vibrating. It scared the hec out of me at first, I use to get my husband to feel me to see if he could feel it. Of course he couldn't, it started about 4 years ago when I was suffering from anxiety and depression. I also tend to get it when I'm taking anxiety meRAB. It did go away, but returns with my anxiety. I find the best way to deal with it is to aknowledge it's there but not to let it scare me, which it doesn't anymore. I hope you're feeling better soon, I totally understand how horrible you feel.

Thanks a lot to all of you. The shakiness is not there today (cross my fingers) but I have of course gotten other weird symptoms back here and there. It doesnt help that my sinuses are still bothering me though, I believe that may actually be a part of the problem. Its ridiculous!

Hi Ladies! Happy New Year!

Some people on the boarRAB here have said that the shakiness comes from perimenopause and menopause. I have only had mine with crawling skin feeling in various locations.

I think it could be from menopause and from anxiety. I don't want to be personal asking your ages and you don't have to respond. But I am 44 and going through some of the changes, so I am trying to tell myself that's what it most likely is.

Hang in there!
