o2 Atom Exec or Neo For Cingular Network

Those who know, know the specs and the problem already

Cingular netwrok, one has 900 and one has 850 and 900. The less feature the more bands, the more features the less bands. What is the quality of 900 on the Cingular network, or is 850 a must on the cingular network?

unfortunatley there is no 900mhz band on cingular or anywhere in the united states. from what ive read 850 mhz is pretty much a must for cingular.

depends on where you live. i have a w900 with no 850 and i get great reception everywhere around California... Cingular uses mainly 1900 which every phone has. but in some areas (usually small little cities or out in the middle of nowhere) Cingular utilizes the 850 band instead. i forgot the website but theres one where you type in your zip code and it gives you all the GSM frequencies in your area. mine had no 850 anywhere in my area. some might not have 1900... with cingular its hard to say, but you should do your research first before buying.

i think this the the website maxiderm is talking about http://wirelessadvisor.com/ all you do is put in your zipcode and all the carriers and their frequencies in your area show up.
