...kind of permit? What kind of permit should try to get from the health department of NYC?
Also, I live in a rented 3 rooms apartment where the kitchen is the biggest room. I have enough space, but the fact that is rented with no contract could be a problem for selling my cakes, cookies, etc? I mean, I don't want to open a store or coffee shop, I just want to make them there and people can come and pick them up or I can delivery them.
