My brother once got a 99 (literally) in a grade 12 class with a very tough teacher , and Im getting 84 in that class and the highest mark is 95 right now but my brother 2 years ago was able to achieve a 99.. Anyway, I know I can work a little harder and change some habits, but my question is, if my brother is so smart, shouldn't I be too?? Or atleast have the genetic potential ? I need good scientific answers..
