Intel Turbo Boosting 2.0 not working?

I dont know why but 2 day ago intel turbo boosting started to fuck up for no reason. Now when i open it it says Intel Turbo Boosting Technology Montier 2.0 have stop working. Please Restarting Intel Turbo boosting. I have try reinstall it but no help please some one help me and yes my processor is a intel i7
