Integrated Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 3100 can it run kotor?

I am thinking about purchasing a Dell with:
Intel® Pentium® dual-core processor E5200 (2MB L2, 2.5GHz, 800FSB)
Vista home premium
4 Gigs of memory
and a Integrated Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 3100

1st Question:Can the graphics card handle Star Wars knights of the Old Republic on max at 1024X768(the game was made in 2003 or 04)?
2nd question:Can it play Age of Empires III

It's okay. You probably can't run at max.

You can also play AoE 3 to. Everything else is good.
