A Prelude IS a Honda.
And an Integra is an Acura, which still falls under Honda.
As far as repairs, reliability, that depends on the owner, so it's pointless to try and judge two cars by that.
I've had two Preludes, happy with both of them, heard good things about the Integra too.
For commuter cars, either will be good.
Just don't do anything stupid, like wanting to modify them.
