My 4 year old Akita/Husky mix female is suddenly taking some of her toys to her bed (she never does that). She is also taking pieces of clothing to her bed. When I remove a toy, she follows me around and whines horribly as if I was stealing her baby.
She has never done this before.
She is very active and healthy. This has been a complete shock - even funny at times - but now I've become very curious as to why a dog would suddenly adopt random objects and become distressed if they are removed.
