Insurance for Harley Davidson?

What is the best insurance company for a 17 year old and a Harley Davidson 883 Iron? The bike is restricted to 33bhp. I've been to the dealership and he does say that a sportster is a perfectly good bike to start out on, as long as you can finance it. Any help will be brilliant! Thankyou.
 
Just go to progressive.com and it will give you an accurate quote. They are usually the lowest, or at least they will give you a good number for comparison.

At 37 with a good driving record, married and owning a home, my 883 Sportster was $150 per year for full coverage.
 
The best thing to do is go to insurers. where you live and check and see what they have to say. First of all someone who is 17 and wanting a 883 the insurance would be high. I'm 56 and have a 1972 1000 iron and the insurance for me is $40 a month for 9 months then i get the rest of the year free. I laso have a 1100 GL1100 that is a 1982 and the insurance for it is the same. Thats $80 a month. I would say your insurance would be about the 60 to 70 range. As i said look around and do price checks with different comps and see what they have to offer
