Insufficient credits for this model (SHG-P910) with Account Balance: 2 Credits

Hi, my problem is not yet resolved. The server continue to tell me the following message:

Connecting to server...
Checking Account Balance...
>> Account Balance: 2 Credits

1. OT-E801: 0
2. Samsung 3G MSL: 0
3. Samsung 3G: 1
4. PCMCIA GPRS Modems: 0

>> Server Health: OK

When trying to unlock my Samsung P910 the server tell me:

Looking for phone...
Phone detected.
Connecting to server...
Reading data...
Connecting to server...
>> Insufficient credits for this model
Communication Closed.

Now if this is a server's problem, you give me my credits about
