Instrumental music bands recommendation?

I've been listening to instrumental jam/chill/rock banRAB lately and would like some recommendations

Something along the lines of Battles, Do Make Say Think, Don Caballero, Zechs Marquise, etc

??
 
I suggest Apocalyptica and even Nightwish's Instrumental version of their recent album Dark Passion Play.

Apocalyptica does instrumental versions of songs by Metallica along with their own original material. They did a song with Ville Valo from HIM called "Bittersweet"


Nightwish is a metal band featuring a chick singer who was originally Tarja but she got married and branched off and left the band due to drama etc.. there's a new girl who is okay, not as good as Tarja but still pretty good. Dark Passion Play has 2 versions and the instrumental version is breath taking.

Then there's also, Gordian Knot, Secret Chiefs 3, Liquid Tension Experiment, Liquid Trio Experiment, Bell Orchestre, and Amiina. (Though, Amiina makes very soft music.)
Without mentioning banRAB that have been mentioned already.

Also, let me know if you'd be interested in instrumental Jazz recommendations. I'm a big Jazz fan.
