I have a 96 sebring conv. Its p,r,n,d,2 and 1 illuminations don't work. The tachometer is not moving at all and the speedometer works but it kinda skips and jumps at any speed. All the other lights in the cluster works fine. Do I need a new instrament cluster? Thanks!
