Instinct WAP Solution

yeah...it goes in there in the default profile (0) and the other profile (1) is ususally the vision profile...like the default and user1 profiles on a PPCs EPST menu

and more over is there any Tap in qpst i should read like ( mip ,raom, ....) and save or

I'm getting a error when connecting to the web... This is the error that I'm getting [The profile update could not be completed. Please try again later.. error 49156...

Read it again, it may seem like a waste of time but all the worRAB are important, especially to noobs.
 
I got a major problem. I open up QPST and the m.ip tab is supposed to be right to the left of the PPP tab correct? Mine is gone. If I connect to qpst in offline mode. "meaning my phone is not connected" the m.ip tab is right to the left of the ppp tab. When i connect my m800 this tab disappears and only the PPP tab and some others are left. I have QPSt 2.7. I read earlier in this thread others were having this problem but didnt find a fix. Any thoughts??
 
i have tried doing this on the sprint rumor but still no luck with the wap working. the difference that i see is that there is only one gateway setup on this and when i change the proxy sercure port to 8080 it goes back to nothing being there unlike when i put in 8080 for the proxy port. I found out the ip for south carolina charleston which is 172.028.220.130 and put that under primary, there is no secondary place for it. and also wondering if i should change the trust domain and the uaprof url? help would be greatly appreciated.
 
Is there anyone out there with this phone New or did a reset on it and has gotten it the web to work since it wasnt provisioned?

i ask cause i tried doing an instinct that was reseted and it did not work at all.. i followed all steps, step by step up to 3 times!!! and everytime i tried to connect to the web it gave me the "sprint vision settings updating" then it said profile not available..

surely there must be an easier way to get around the provisioning services prompts for user with new instincts that havent been provisioned with sprint or users with a reseted instinct...
 
I just saved everything. When you open it up I just read from phone and then saved it. Then I had one yesterday that had not been provisioned or was reset I did the steps (thanks again) then found that it had not been provisioned then wrote my backup to it and did the steps again and it took off, had to reprogram the mdn and min though ota worked fine.
