8 guage jumper cable, that is. I have a jl 13w7 on a jl 1000.1 v2 amp, and will be hooking it all up soon. Just wondering if there is a difference between the kind of copper used in jumper cables compared to "official" speaker wire. Why shouldn't I use the jumper cable? I'm pretty new at all this car audio stuff, so gimme a break. (..and use 0 for the power, right?)
Instead of buying speaker wire, would jumper cables work just as well?
