Installing stereo in 02 alero. Now it doesn't work?

I got the special wiring harnesss and idk the cd player came on and now it doesn't want to work some wires may have touched I checked most fuses but they look good. I reconnected the stock radio and only the green lights come on? What happened? Also the service vehicle soon light is on thanks
