As Annirak stated you can use the Quick Install. Also, most Palm applications will come in a PRC file extension and may have a corresponding PDB file with it.
Be certain to check the documentation that came with the game it will tell you usually which files need to be loaded for which specific device if there is support for the T5's resolution.
Regardless, all you have to do is located the prc and pdb and simply double click with the mouse - that will launch the Quick Install and place the file into it for delivery upon the next hot sync. You can also drag any other files into the quick install of a similar prc or pdb nature at the same time if your loading more than one game at a time.
