Installing PHP on Windows IIS?

I am working on installing PHP on Windows IIS 7.0. In the instructions I have, it says I have to link a file called phpisapi.dll to the server. I looked in my PHP file folder and could find no file like this. The file says pws-phpisapi.reg and does not have the correct extension to load or store into the variables. Does anyone have this package--PHP 5.2.12? Is the php5.dll the same as the phpisapi.dll? Which one do I use?
