When I try to install Media Go, I get the following message during Installation, Installing Microsoft Windows Media Format 11 Runtime
One or more features could not be installed. The installation has been stopped.
Click Cancel to exit. I installed the Media Format 11 Runtime, and It still told me the same message, Like it wasn't even installed at all. I had it installed before, so I know it will install on my computer, Please help.
