Ok, well my friend has 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix GT1, and i want to install an aftermarket radio so he can have the ipod hookup.
LUCKILY, he DID NOT get the onstar option, so he has no on star, and I cant pay $100 for the adapter.
WHAT I WANT TO KNOW IS what will I lose besides the chimes I dont buy the adapter??
ALSO, I was told that even though I dont have onstar, I still have the setup for an onstar system??
I just dont want to lose my clock, but I dont mind not having the chimes.\
