Installing a rear facing car seat in a 2004 ford f-150 heritage?

We have 2 daughters and a little boy due Sept. I have no idea how to install an infant car seat in the back seat of my truck because it seems so small. My daughters sit on each side so baby will have to be in the middle. Does anyone know if its even possible and how? Have any of you done this? I am sure I can make it fit I am just worried about babies safety. I have never seen any put in a truck like mine. The back seat is a skinny bench seat for 3 passengers.

And no buying another car is not an option. I don't know why some people think that everyone can just jump up and buy another car whenever they need one.
 
As long as the little ball on the side of the carseat is in the right spot, then the carseat is positioned well and you can use it. If you cannot recline the carseat enough so that the little ball is entirely in the green, then you can't use it, and you will have to figure something else out. A skinny bench might not be enough to support a carseat in the rear facing position. It's always safety first when it comes to your children.
 
I just found a picture of this type of truck. You should be able to use a locking clip that comes with the carseat to put the infant seat in the middle of the back seat using the lap belt. You just might have to do a little bit of adjusting on the front seat to get things to fit just right for the infant seat, but by the looks of things, it is very possible to do.
