Installing a Radio in Chrysler?

Ok, I have a 2001 Chrysler Sebring Convertible, I am installing an aftermarket Sony Xplod radio. I also have like a little face plastic thingy, to take up for the extra space that wil be left over.

I have never installed a radio before, can any of you walk me through this and prove me with hints, tips, websites, pictures and/or links? Thanks.
 
Difficult part will be figuring out how to get the old player out.... there's guides online (Cost about $2-$5 to view though)

You also need a wiring harness adapter, which allows you to connect the CD player's wiring to the car's wiring. These are like ten bucks at Wal-Mart.... You need to have the ability to strip wires and electrical tape...

Bare minimum, you need to connect 11 wires -- 8 are for speakers, a ground, a constant power (yellow) and a memory wire (red). Make sure you don't let any of these touch each other or you'll blow a fuse.

Just take your time and follow the charts.
