Installed radio not working.?

I have a 1984 camaro Z28. I am trying to put a new radio in.I installed radio all wires are matching except for an orange wire(from the car) that seems to go to nothing. But the radio has very little to no power. Just any suggestions would help.
 
check the fuse, and did you buy the harness or did you just cut wires and tryed to match them up it i believe the yellow wire is for the memory that keeps the radio memorie and the orange is the power to the radio. try adding the orange wire to the yellow wire or whatever wire color that makes the radio power up a little and check to see if the ground is the side of the radio you may need to find a better ground
