installed new radio in my truck now it wont save my settings when i turn it off?

I hooked up my new radio my truck and my radio reset every time i turn it off, it reset all the sations setting everything, very annoying, all that is hooked up to it is constant power-switched power-one speaker-and Ground its nothing with the radio settings and the dash board light dont work now- Vehicle is a 1987 dodge ramcharger
