install Stereo in a audi A4 HELP PLZ!!!?

ok i have a audi a4 b6 2002and i am going to put a sistem on it but i want to leave my stock stereo on it but i don't know haw to take my stereo out with out baking it if u know haw plz tell me haw to take it out or if u know a place in denver calordo that will do the install CHEAP because i went to Quality auto souds today and they where chairing me 350 dollars help plz
