I had the inspection done today and a few things showed up that I'm concerned about.
1) 1 double pane window has a hole on it. It's about 1 inch in diameter and is only on the outside pane. Inside pane is sealed. Window is not cracked...just a hole like a small rock went through it.
2) Faucet in one of the bathrooms has a very small drip.
Do you think the appraisor will require that these things be fixed? The house is a Freddie Mac REO. Ugh...it's sold "as is" but said that they would "consider appraisal required repairs" on the contract.
