insomnia?

music/tv effects your sleep pattern. you tend to remain semi subconscious so you dont get as good of a sleep. thus tossing and turning happens and you wake up tired.

exercise wakes the body up, why do you think they tell you to exercise in the morning?
 
Who's they? I always figured people exercised in the morning because that was the only time they have during the day. Either that, or because you're not fully conscious yet and don't notice what you're doing as much.
 
I notice that when I exercise in the morning, I'm awake, and when I exercise in the evening, it helps me sleep lmao. So I has no idea. :mystery:
 
Lately ever since I became a senior in High School I've picked up a bad habit where I go to sleep at 2-3 am and have to wake up at 6 or 7. Not a very good habit because to get back to normal I have to sleep like 12 hours at least one day of the week to make up for it. Also, I never get used to it, I just am always tired when I do this shit.
