Insights needed: Do personal timetables work for self-development and improvement?

You know, for people disorganized like me, procrastination is our best friend and willpower is just subdued by constant laziness. The result? Countless nights of sleep deprivation, coursework turned in late, bad hair days, red eyes, diet inconsistencies (days where I could eat like a pig, and others where I could live on water).

Oh. And spiritually, you just feel like crap.
