Hi, Im having to attend an inquest into the death of my ex partner (unexplained death), as our son who is 3, is his next of kin, so i am there on his behalf, alongside my ex partners parents. Is this normal procedure? It all sounds silly, as our son is only 3. Also, what actually happens at an inquest?
