1)when you save an Inkscape document, can you upload it to a website? How do you save the vector image to use it as a background? Are there any GOOD tutorials for inkscape? (i'm planning to design CORPORATE LOGOS)
2)Is Adobe illustrator the best vector software?
3)Can you make vector images on Adobe Photoshop CS4? How do you do it?
