Initialization

My phone is blocked; I can use SOS numbers only.
There is the following message (italian language): "Inizializzazione non riuscita" that is: "Not well-done initialization".
I tried to reinstall device software following Topic Option 1 of 05-09-2009, 03:35 AM but it is not possible to check the box "Delete all currently installed applications". I believe that what above does not allow to substitute installed software.
If you understand my poor english, I thanks you in advance for your help,
