i was messing around with my phone and accidentally hit some button in the "security" area and now my phone says initial programming is needed! at the top. all it shows are the "ice" and "unlock" tab. if i try to unlock my phone it doesn't work with the old code i always used. and neither do the last 4 digits of my phone number.
i called *228 to reactivate my phone but that doesn't work either because my phone is locked and the dial pad doesn't show up so i can't press 1 to activate my phone!!
what do i do?!
