To prune or not to prune? Its september and I need a guide to what to do with a fading hydrangea which is also next to azalea. The hydrangeas wonderful blue flowers have faded and would like some pruning advice. The azalea is getting rather large for the front garden is very thick and also covered in mildew. Can anyone give me a quick guide to what we should do initially and also through the season?
