Infuriating DVD region codes!

Right I've decided - no multi-region dvd player for me.

try here for info - www.techtronics.com - its where I got my dvd player from 5 years ago and even with RCE DVD's I've never had a problem - I am think or getting a new DVD player but only because I want to get a DVD/VCR combo and I will only get a multi region one

What is RCE?

A little program or script designed by the studios to stop upgraded DVD players from a particular Region from playing titles from other Regions.

but if you buy a decent modified machine you won't have a problem

Do you mean to stop multi region DVD players from playing a DVD (regardless of region code, the DVD will not play if it is RCE coded?).....
