My grandfathers name was Raymond John Cook, He was born 1948 in Ayrshire Scotland and came to canada in 1960 where he married Katherine Cook (maiden name unknown)
My Great grandfather was named Robert John Cook, and was Married to Ann Cook
If it helps any my fathers name is Jason Richard Cook.
