Why would happen? And how long to kick in? Information below

Tablets: paracetamol 500mg (2 tablets)
Ibuprofen 400mg (7 tablets)
Ibuprofen 200mg (3 tablets)
Dihydrocodeine 30mg (17 tablets)
Diclofenac 75mg (10 tablets)

Weight: 16 stone

Height: around 6 foot something ...
