Information for debate on rape trials...?

I'm going for a debate next week on the motion "This house believes that rape trials must be tried by special courts involving only female jurors"
I was able to get some stuff "against" the motion but not much "for" except for the fact that maybe women understand women better in rape cases.
So, I'd appreciate you're feedback, mostly "for" points. And provide links and refs if possible? Thanks...
hey guys i appreciate ur personal feedback but i SERIOUSLY need some prop points too (for the case) cuz we havent been told which side we're on (we'll only get to know one day b4) so i want to be prepared for both...even if its dumb...pleasE?

Criminal cases are not about justice for the victim. It's about justice for society. They are on trial for violating the law, not the person that was raped. Therefore, ideally the jury should be as diverse as possible. They shouldn't be picked based on their characteristic that are similar to the victim. They should be picked on if they are capable of going into the trial with an open mind and if they can base their verdict only on the evidence presented, and not their emotions (of course, they are human, so this doesn't always work this way, but in a perfect world, this would be the case).

Having all female juries for rape trials would introduce too much bias and make it a lot more difficult for the accused to get a fair trial. And until they are convicted, they deserve to have all the rights that you and I enjoy, which includes the right to an "by an impartial jury."

*EDIT* - I'm sorry, but I have nothing for this argument since would be a violation of the Constitutional Rights of the accused.
