inflamed throat for months

Hi guys,

I've been having a sore throat for more than 6 months now. It's not very painful, but I can feel it most of the time, some days more than others. It looks inflamed and eroded and it has what looks like pustules on the back. One of my tonsils has been swollen the whole time. I've had a few sinus infections in the meantime and I've taken antibiotics for that and it helped. My nose is consistently producing mucus. I'm 24 years old and otherwise healthy. I exercise, I don't smoke and I rarely drink. Also, my ENT has confirmed it's not an allergy. I guess I'm just looking to see if anyone has had a similar problem or if anyone has any general advice.

Could it possibly be something in the air you're breathing in without realizing it? Dust, mold, etc. can have quite an effect on your system. I live in an older home and have had troubles with my eyes, skin, and throat. It took me two years to figure this out. This is only an idea for you to think about. Have a good night :)
