Infiniti touch up paint to cover rust?

Hello have a 2007 G35 Sport Sedan with small pinkie sized rust spot as result of a ding that's yet to be repaired. What can I coat it with (touch up paint? Sealant?) to neutralize the rust until I can get it fixed? Don't care of it's painted over or not it's a small spot. Thanks very much if you can help
