infection from havin sex with only one person?

are there any possible infection from having sex with only one person? me and my gf are each others firsts, last week i started to get pain in my testicles for no reason, i no its not blue balls cuz i came. and this was like 5 days before our first time. then after we had sex my pain is becomin slightly less frequent but still there and her clit hurts and it hurts alot for her to pee
