Inexpensive Flip Phone

I'm new to the cell phone market and i was looking for a flip phone that was not too pricey that had the capability of downloading ringtones from a computer, preferably in mp3 format. I already have a sim card from rogers and i am just looking to upgrade my phone. Any help would be appreciated.

All i was saying is the phone is a nice phone.

There arn't really any other specific features i really want, and i was looking at the motorola V series and some said they were good, and some said they were bad (problems with the screens and such) so i don't really know what to believe

Yes, neither have I. I think the V635 is generally very problem free, its a good choice. And its more then decent
