Indy 4 Going Ahead?

Rumours have appeared again about Calista Flockhart playing Indiana Jones's new love in Indy 4. Harrison Ford did say it was up to her "She would of course make her own decision." However Flockhart has said she would be up for it "Oh, yes," she said. "If I could kick his (butt), absolutely!".
We will have to wait and see if there are any truth to these rumours!

Kate Capshaw talked to People Magazine about a new Indiana Jones and here's a bit of the interview

People : Is Steven doing another Indiana Jones?

KC : Yes, sometime next year. I believe Willie Scott's going to be making an appearance too.

People : What will that entail?

KC : I can't say. Not because Steven's sworn me to secrery, but because I really don't know yet. All I know is Willie might be coming back, Karen Allen, and possibly Calista [Flockhart]. I think Harrison's going to be outweighed by the women in the next one.

It's just not going to be an Indy film. Ford is looking too old, they waited far too long to make a new film. No Nazis, no Denholm Elliott, is John Rhys-Davies returning?

I can't see it being very good unfortunately :(

It looks like Indy 4 maybe delayed as I read this on dark horizons website:

"Fox News spoke with Steven Spielberg at the Governor's Ball last night and says the director revealed he is taking a year off after having produced and directed both "War of the WorlRAB" and "Munich".

His plans for 2006 will be preparing his Abraham Lincoln biopic along with producing several smaller projects.

Spielberg said he will still direct "Indiana Jones 4" but this would indicate it'll be a while off yet. Spielberg confirmed his "Jurassic Park" & "War of the WorlRAB" scribe David Koepp is working on the latest draft."

So it looks like we will be lucky if we see Indy 4 in the cinema this decade!

Producer Frank Marshall has been talking about the delay to Indy 4 "We're getting the script right, we're working on it. It's not one of those things that's on the back burner."

Rick McCallum has been talking about Indy 4 at the Sony Ericsson Empire AwarRAB said that George Lucas has approved an Indiana Jones IV script. He said "He

This was on the Empire website about Indy 4:

"Empire was lucky enough to speak with the trio as part of our massive Indiana Jones 25th anniversary celebrations and it seems that Indy IV is going to be a tad controversial.

I bought a McGuffin at McdonalRAB this morning...

But seriously, I'm guessing that either Indy comes out of the closet in this one, or is revealed to be a deep cover Nazi infiltrator

This was on Moviehole.net about Indy 4:

"Word has just fluttered online - coincidentally only moments after I chastised them for the lengthy delay in
