I have the space but the floor is wood, any suggestions on a possible track material?
I have considered cement but I'm not sure how thick it would have to be and the space I have is 4th floor warehouse space. The building was used as a machine shop so I know its capable of heavy loads but I would like to keep the track weight under control. I figure 3 inches of cement would do the trick but I'm not sure.
Any references on track construction or links to articles about what key things make or break a good track would help a ton.
